Current OPA rego does not handle Object type Is

[hexaPolicy.rego](https://github.com/hexa-org/policy-mapper/blob/main/providers/openpolicyagent/resources/bundles/bundle/hexaPolicy.rego) currently does not handle IDQL policies with objects using entity [Is format](https://github.com/hexa-org/policy-mapper/blob/main/docs/EntityValueFormat.md#type-is).
