get rid of rsbml dependence

The libsbml (http://sbml.org/Software/libSBML) now published R-bindings for their library. Therefore rsbml, which in turn uses libsbml, seems obsolete and the package should be adapted to run with the R version of libsbml.

Hi Hannes,
I saw recent version of rsbml being updated by Michael Lawrence last month
2.25. But none the less let me try to have a look at it on how to get rid
of the dependency, thanks.
I heard from Farah that you have figure 3 with you ?.

I will be making the new version of track changes tonight and tomorrow
evening, and by Thursday I plan to submit it, just let me know when you
have it ready with you.
Once I am finished with the track changes I will send it around for a final
approval from you guys before I proceed further.

I left it to Hans to decide what to do with Figure 3…
I tried to install rsbml for several hours today, without success…
