Add documentation showing how to edit /etc/hosts #9
Description
Readme.md says "Create an app on Facebook and set the Website URL to http://localhost:5000/."
Facebook does not allow localhost to be added to the Website URLs.
A workaround is editing /etc/hosts to map 127.0.0.1 to local.herokuapp.com. This is detailed in my blog post How to Create a Local Sandbox Facebook App. Please update the Readme to indicate that editing /etc/hosts is now necessary.
