Bug with the indicator visibility

I have detected the bug of the positionIndicator.

When the whole map goes to the navigating (mapUpdateMode = MapUpdateMode.ROADVIEW) positionIndicator loses its accuracy ring visibility. This happens with both custom and default position indicator marker.
