Cannot change tab font [BUG]

I have the following code in my app-common.css file to apply it to the everything of entire app,

font-family: "NotoKufiArabic-Regular";
}

But it does not apply to the title of the tabs, I tried some other things, but still cannot change the font.
I extremely need to change the font for localization purposes.
