FreeOTP+ / Feature request: Font size

Hi,

I have selected a rather big font size in my Android phone.

So, I get a screen with:
- 1st line: ------
- 2nd line: Name of the service
- 3rd line: unreadable.

The 3rd line is for the (login) information. When you have more than one account on the same service (for instance, home and office), it is difficult to select the good one.
Please, add a select Font / Size in the parameter menu.
