Release under more permissive license

Since anitomy is now licensed under MPL 2, you can re-release this under a more permissive license 😄

Yeah hear you loud and clear, there are quite a few improvements I'm making to this, I literally wrote this in an hour one night for a quick hack on normalizing some file names I was doing.

I'm going to be adding features like parsing multiple files at once, different output formats (Json/csv/plain text)

Once those are ready I will be re-releasing everything under MIT.
