Some Missing Paths/Polygons while writing gds

Hi @heitzmann , I have tried to read the input gds and write it down in another file, but what i observe that it is skipping some paths/polygons.

Image -1 is --> Input gds
Image - 2 is --> Output gds in which path/polygon is missing

@Vikas-vgithub please post a script that creates the initial GDS, or post the GDS and the script you're using to read and write it back out. We need a way to reproduce your error, otherwise we don't have a good place to start debugging from.

@nmz787-intel , Initial Gds is design by the layout team and script for output gds is given below:

@Vikas-vgithub can you please post the GDS too? At least the region and layer your screenshot shows. Please clip/crop it with a vendor tool that you know is working. If we don't have a way to reproduce this on the developer side, we will be unable to assist. Screenshots are able to reproduce the problem.
