• Support for and tested on all OS/platforms

  starcli currently tested on Linux with WSL. We have seen problems with UTF-8 encoding when run on Raspberry PI, and `fcntl` not supported when running on windows. We need to make sure starcli can at least run on all Unix platforms, and even better, Windows as well.
