Description
Permission was obtained to use the OASIS brains dataset of 425 sessions/subjects to demonstrate surfergems for the 2019 global brainhack.
Ask @seldamat for obtaining access to this.
Uses for OASIS
Start with subdataset and work up to all 425 (will need HPC)
- stress testing - does surfergems work on other datasets
- statistics summaries - was the dataset edited? what are the stats for runtime info, preprocessing & morphometry?
