Windowed Mode doesn't work properly

When ticking off fullscreen, it goes fullscreen anyway. Can this be fixed? I want it to be in windowed mode (or at lease borderless windowed).

However, this didnt change. It's still automaticallly going fullscreen.

What is your screen resolution?

settings may have been overridden in the config files

if it's not related to the patch, I'm closing the issue
