Cannot federate with GoToSocial instances

When a GoToSocial instance submits activities to a misskey actor's inbox, misskey returns a 401 unauthorized status instead of accepting it. This occurs both on egirls as well as jumanji.

After adding some logging I found the following exception was being thrown by `httpSignature.parseRequest`

```
