Localized address format?

There doesn't seem to be a way to get the full physical address in the format for the locale. ie. ABCreateStringWithAddressDictionary()

Caveat: it's my understanding that ABCreateStringWithAddressDictionary() has some bugs.

ABCreateStringWithAddressDictionary() is in the AddressBookUI framework which we don't link with.
