[FEAT] Ranking multiplier should apply to origin providers

Currenty for general we have higher ranking multiplier for google and bing, but if instead duckduckgo returns the results for bing then it doesn't have that same multiplier even though we expect the results to be the same. Either origins for engines should have increased multiplier that's a bit smaller from their origin or they should have the same value.
