[BUG]: Proxy 2.1.2 is not supporting Appium version 1.22.3/ Selenium 3

Describe the bug

In new proxy we can't run Appium below 2x version and it's not supporting to execute

How to reproduce the issue

We can found easily

Logs appeared during using Healenium

500 not found

Expected behavior

it's should be work, in start helenium file also APPIUM_SERVER URL is missed

3.4.6

Selenium version

3 and Appium 1.22.3
