The setup nor the client will open.

I've tried, restarting my PC, run as admin, compatible issue searching, full uninstall and re install.
Uninstalled it, then 5 months passes and here I am with the exact same issue, and no clue or leads as to why.

Had to open it with WINRAR then click on the update file I think but that's how I made it work.
