External addons can not be enabled.

ARMA 3
Now after last update, I can not enable external addons.
In repository settings I click on External Addons, check, all addons I want, and than I close repository settings.

When I open it again, nothing is checked,

I tried to not open it again and run ARMA and addons are really not working ( addons checked are not loaded )
