Example trees.tsv and variants.tsv files

Hi!
This was in a previous topic several months ago but was never answered. I was wondering if there are example files for 'trees.tsv' and 'variants.tsv'? The descriptions are a good starting point but it would be very helpful to see example files and the data format.
