Can't CMake install

Hello,
CMake gives me an error because it can't find OPENMESH_INCLUDE_DIR (see image) and I don't know what directory to provide to it.

Also, what should I put for these two:
OPENMESH_CORE_LIBRARY
OPENMESH_TOOLS_LIBRARY
