Create a leave modal #25
Description
Create a leave modal that has a picker with half-day and full day/s. Show one date picker if the user uses a half-day of leave and a 'from' and 'to' section if he/she wants to take a full day/s.
Add an event with a type and 'from:' value and optional a 'to:' value.
