HatTip + vite-plugin-ssr + Miniflare

Hey folks,

I'm trying to get HatTip to work with vite-plugin-ssr and Miniflare. The vite-plugin-ssr example in the repo seems to leverage Vavite for the server build, but I'm not 100% sure how to get Miniflare to play nice with it as well. vite-plugin-cloudflare is a Vite plugin that tries to accomplish the same goals, but I also haven't been able to put all of those together (Aslemammad/vite-plugin-cloudflare#25, vikejs/vike#797).

I'm wondering if anyone has had any luck with that particular setup before. IMO that would be a fantastic DX for developing an app on Cloudflare workers.
