Load Tests + Performance Tuning

Results of load testing should be published with the provider. Initial testing has been carried out however publishing the full methodology and results is required.

Following analysis of the results performance tweaks may need to be made to certain aspects of the provider such as the http clients and load balancer configuration. This should be a methodological and incremental approach.
