performance degrades as watched prefix becomes heavier #97
Description
We've been testing consul-replicate in different scenarios and during our tests, we found out that the converging speed becomes extremely slow as the watched prefix becomes heavier.
It seems that the replication here does more than just broadcasting changes. I guess It has something to do with safe recovery after a failure?
The question is: Can we do anything about this or this is a design decision?
