Decide what to do with AWS Healthchecks

Right now we only fetch healthy instances and there is no point in getting health check data from aws.

In the opposite direction, are healthcheck status pushed to AWS from Consul?

I noticed when I was testing the product, our services were being registered in AWS Cloud Map even though they were in an unhealthy state.
