Does it work with/install ROCm 7 & PyTorch?

ROCm 7.0.1 and PyTorch 2.10 seems to be a golden combination. Can the docker container be upgraded to include both of this?

Cool, try it out and tell me how it went, i have a 7800xt so there might be some tweaking needed, especially on nightly ROCm torch
