Option to rearrange tabs

Currently, multiple tabs can be opened to view different notes. However, there is no functionality to rearrange these tabs. It would be helpful to have the ability to drag tabs to rearrange their order, similar to how tabs can be rearranged in browsers like Firefox or Chrome. (Users could click and hold a tab to drag it to a new position.)
A user working on multiple notes could rearrange tabs to prioritize important notes by dragging them to the front.
