Add Dark and Light mode #7

Description:
As a user, I would be happy if I could switch the theme to Dark or Light mode.
Actual result:
There is no option that I can switch the theme based on it.
Expected result:
when I choose Dark mode, all contents should be shown in Dark mode.
When I choose Light mode, all contents should be shown in Light mode.
It is better to add this option in a "settings" section.
