Source does not contain any versions of 'prelaunchr (>= 0) ruby'

I wrote gem prelaunchr in my gem file

gem 'prelaunchr' , git: 'https://github.com/harrystech/prelaunchr.git'

When i am trying to do "bundle install"
getting error like this

Could not find gem 'prelaunchr (>= 0) ruby' in https://github.com/harrystech/prelaunchr (at master).
Source does not contain any versions of 'prelaunchr (>= 0) ruby'
i searched in rubygems.org, but i didn't get that.
can any one tell me why i am getting this error ?

It's not a gem. There's no .gemspec that would let you use Prelaunchr as a gem. You need to just clone the repo and work with the source.
