Improve command-line display to include core / protocol version

Currently the versions displayed include only the HW and FW versions, but most importantly we often need to know the core protocol version to help track synchronization issues across updates.

Also ideally this would all be displayed on one-line so it is easier to list multiple boards either in a subsequent feature, or from a batch script.
