DSS package cannot be installed with Bioconductor 3.18

Hiya,

I tried installing your package these last days but ran into some issues (which may be also my lack of knowledge tbh). First I tried installing DSS with an older version of R but it was missing locfit, which required a newer version of R. After updated my R and bioconductor, DSS could not be downloaded anymore. The oldest version of bioconductor that seemed to work with DSS was 3.8, however that was too old for locfit.

Apologies if this is very easy to solve but I would very much appreciate your help.

Sorry to hear. I tried but it seems work fine.
