RTC file quick-send function, the ultimate choice for both diligent and lazy people.
A diligent slacker? Yes, the so-called diligent slacker refers to those who are unwilling to engage in mechanical repetition and always try to find ways to be lazy, but end up putting in much more effort than normal people. RTC is one of them, always trying to rack his brain to find ways to be lazy. Although most of the time it's more loss than gain, he occasionally succeeds.
In our work, we often need to send one or multiple files to colleagues. The steps for sending are as follows: • Find the file(s) • Locate the colleague's computer, a process that can be very time-consuming, sometimes taking one to several minutes • Enter the account and password to log in, requiring approximately 10 keystrokes. If the password is unknown, a phone call is also necessary. This process can take anywhere from tens of seconds to several minutes; • Copy the file(s) to the target folder and notify the colleague via phone or verbally. This is a simple task that requires dozens of mouse clicks, more than 10 keystrokes, and may involve one or two phone communications, totaling several minutes of time consumption.
Let's see how RTC sends files: simply drag and drop the file directly into the chat window. This method is most suitable when you are chatting with the employee.
From the electronic business card, a mini profile card similar to QQ can be sent. From this mini profile card, users can access their friends' QQ spaces and QQ photo albums. This is a new twist on an old concept, allowing users to directly send files to their friends.

When sending files in bulk, right-click and select "Quick Send", choose the recipients, and click "Send". The sending process is seamless and takes only a few tens of seconds.
In RTC, you can select multiple recipients, allowing you to send files to N individuals simultaneously, significantly enhancing sending efficiency.
In RTC, multiple selected sending targets are directly saved, facilitating the next mass sending without the need to repeat more work.
Offline files: What if the other party is offline? What if the other party is online but not at their computer? No worries, with RTC, these issues can be resolved. Let's see how RTC works.
Sometimes, when sending a folder, the computer may not have the decompression software installed, but I can help you with that. Simply drag and drop the folder into the dialogue box or click the "Send File" button and select the folder to send.
Online storage services like Tencent Weiyun allow us to store important files on the cloud for easy access and sharing in the future.
The quick send function integrated into Office is already very convenient, but we believe it's not enough and need further optimization. After summarizing user habits, we found that users frequently send Office documents in their work. Therefore, we went a step further and developed an Office plugin. Users can send the current document with just 5 mouse clicks.
RTC integrates email systems, video conferencing, electronic whiteboards, instant messaging, and other functions through cloud computing and Internet plus technology. Furthermore, RTC can synchronize information with PC terminals. Not only that, RTC's mobile terminal supports both Android and iOS mobile systems, breaking the barriers of space and media, truly achieving cross-platform office work.
RTC integrates various communication methods such as instant messaging, SMS, email, voice and video, file transfer, and groups. With communication and exchange as its core, enterprise management as its foundation, and business collaboration as its application, it achieves "anytime, anywhere, and on-the-go" communication, "manageable, controllable, and measurable" management, and "one-stop, comprehensive" application.
RTC is designed based on an organizational structure, with members at its core, and provides development interfaces in the form of plugins. While facilitating enterprise communication, it can serve as a foundational platform for third-party management systems such as OA, CRM, and other business systems, enabling a one-stop control platform.
