CUBLAS_STATUS_INTERNAL_ERROR

Hi,

I am trying to run your code, but I keep getting this error:
```RuntimeError: CUDA error: CUBLAS_STATUS_INTERNAL_ERROR when calling `cublasCreate(handle)````

I am using:
CUDA Version: 11.0
Driver Version: 450.66

Could the CUDA version be the source of the problem?
