Maybe remove ability to rate the side dishes

Doesn't make a lot of sense to rate something like "Kartoffeln, Reis, Salat, Rosenkohl, BIO Mais" because nobody would normally buy all the available side dishes.

I thought it would be helpful to rate these extra things. It's difficult to find the entry in the mensa menu. But'll try.
