Add button to switch plot type to plot toolbars

There isn't currently a way to switch between plot types in the collapsed view when plots are displayed. This should be corrected by adding a button to the toolbar for this feature.

For the scatterplot, it should be added to the spatial toolbox, and for all other plots it should be incorporated into the plotly mode bar, as a custom button.

This option is preferred as the plot icons across the bar take up too much space in the collapsed view.
