Accept multiple SAM/BAM files #5
Description
It would be nice to be able to calculate the abundance for contigs across multiple datasets (SAM/BAM files). Whether a separate table for each dataset should be created or if the fields in the current output table need to be modified should be decided before beginning this endeavour.
