Windows Executable

Could you add Windows support? I'd like to recommend this app to a friend if you do. Some GTK3 apps have done this, but I don't know if it's possible with LibAdwaita and GTK4.

Haven't kept up with mingw or ways to compile to windows. My dual boot setup broke and I currently only have Linux machines to work with. I will keep this in mind though.
