Opening mind tree on the right side

It would be nice if we can configure mind tree to open the side bar on the right side as opposed to the left.

I looked around for a bit in manual and could find options related to this.

As a temporary workaround, if you have some key shortcut mapping change it to:

':MindOpenMain<CR><C-w><C-r>'

Explanation: Ctrl+w, Ctrl-r swaps (or rotates) panes.
Of course this will often not work perfectly, for example if you have more than one pane.
