Use mrcfile pypi package instead of rolling own

Use https://pypi.org/project/mrcfile/ instead of own parser at https://github.com/haddocking/powerfit/blob/master/src/powerfit_em/volume.py#L262-L439.

That would make powerfit easier to maintain due to less code.
