Add copy pastable example

The readme does not have an example which is copy paste-able. You need to supply your own files, and construct a command.

An example could be downloading a density map from EMBDB and pdb file from rcsb.

The tutorial is here (https://www.bonvinlab.org/education/Others/powerfit/), but not updated yet, will give a shout when it is.
I think linking to it is good anyway, but a short example would never hurt.
Maybe a different one with a lower resolution though since that is more the use case of powerfit

Nice - I would remove the uvx command as it might not be very generic. Only calling directly powerfit assuming it was properly installed.

What about https://www.ebi.ac.uk/emdb/EMD-46849 and https://alphafold.ebi.ac.uk/entry/A0A8D1PMN0 is has resolution of 8.8Å

Yeah that looks like a nice one!
Did you already try this one to see if the AF model is similar and in similar position to the fitted PDB? Otherwise I will do that.

Why not use as example the one from the powerfit tutorial? In that case we have precalculated results available… Check: https://www.bonvinlab.org/education/Others/powerfit-webserver/
