Gather information for getting incubator added to the website #116

Overview
We need to create incubator as a 'project' for the website.
Action Items
Things we need:
Links
- wiki (clean up the wiki)
- slack channel should be #ops
- gather technologies (all aws stuff + terraform + GHA). Make sure tech/tools are the same as what's listed on the project page search options (AWS vs amazon web services, etc)
- link to all devops repos
- meeting times
- check this against some projects already on the website
