Overview
We need a section in the ops wiki that can be a starting point for people to get familiar with terraform
Action Items
in the ops wiki, update the page 'dev resources', adding an additional section under 'git', with some good tutorials to start working with terraform. Let's find some good ones and list 5-6 videos and or e-books if we can find them.
