Homepage - Links to chapters / Link logic

I think we should set up the homepage so that the top level file is root, and then under it is all of the separate chapters. Clicking on a chapter brings up the chapter makes the chapter (nyc) the top link, and all of the links under root/nyc are shown. This can be unlimited folder structure, where you can dive into root/nyc/random projects/robotic creatures/math monsters, etc.
