refactor: organize Basics folder into 12 topic-based subfolders
- Created 12 organized subfolders (01_introduction through 12_web) - Moved all 112 Python files into appropriate folders - Added README.md to each subfolder with file descriptions - Updated main Basics/README.md with new structure - Updated main README.md with organized structure - Files now easy to navigate and find by topic Co-authored-by: Qwen-Coder <qwen-coder@alibabacloud.com>
