Add additional instructions on the hackatime setup page

These are great instructions, there just needs to be one more line that says:

"Make sure to use the email <user_email> while setting up hackatime. Already have a hackatime account? Login with the email associated with your hackatime account instead!"

And then add a log out button on this page (also v important cos rn there's no way for a user to log out in case they need to use a different email"

Tbh I'm a bit confused by this one - I swear I added a logout button, I do wonder if it somehow got deleted in a merge or somethin'.
