"/ip/route/add" not working

I tried to running /ip/route/add command but not working
ros_send_command_wait(conn, "/ip/route/add","=distance=1","=dst-address=192.168.12.1","gateway=TES",NULL);

I double check the command with running in mikrotik terminal and it working just fine
