Add custom Wake Word

Hello, i like your app, but, its possible to add our custom Wake Word ?, i try but the app no react. Thank you !

This is now implemented on main and will be included in the next release.

Custom wake word models can be added from the user data directory under:

• WakeWordModels/MicroWakeWord
• WakeWordModels/OpenWakeWord

The app now loads both built-in and user-provided wake word models. Invalid or corrupted model files are skipped safely instead of crashing the app.

I also updated the README with the directory structure for custom models.
