PHP 8.4 deprecation with h5p/h5p-editor 1.25

Steps:
In drupal, create h5p hotstop component.
While adding the component gets warnings:

Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$patch_version_in_folder_name in H5peditor->mergeLocalLibsIntoCachedLibs() (line 633 of /var/www/vendor/h5p/h5p-editor/h5peditor.class.php)

It seems that there already are a few pull requests for that like #158 and #325

The older one seems to be from year 2022. I'd go for a newer one as it has a cleaner syntax and less changes to the code.

The issue is that Drupal module seems to be naming library storage directories as NAME-MAJOR.MINOR (example: Drop-1.0) and stores the latest patch version in there once that becomes available and update happens. It does not have patch_version_in_folder_name present in the stored library data.
