Ability to render tables and charts with plug-in disabled.

Basically, I want the plug-in to replace its rendered table with a proper markdown table and charts with proper SVG, PNG, or JPG, whatever is performant for image file. Basically, I'm looking for features that are closer to the dataview serializer or dataview publisher plug-in.

Because SQLSeal has some overheads and to keep my Obsidian app snappy, I want a feature where tables can be rendered as markdown tables themselves.

So when I turn off the plug-ins, the tables are still visible, although I'm okay with them not updating at all times. This feature is really important.

Yes, @satkowski worked on this to be released as a separate plugin - I remember it was almost ready. @satkowski - did you have time to finalise it?
