I could be interesting implement the ['GapFilling' method](https://github.com/COBREXA/COBREXA.jl/blob/6380d1c26c71558ac786be41a4dd1cba9b4986da/src/analysis/parsimonious.jl#L30C1-L30C9) in MATLAB. Maybe we could use the same idea as the [parsimoniousFBA](https://github.com/opencobra/cobratoolbox/blob/master/src/analysis/parsimoniousFBA/pFBA.m) function of COBRA but minimizing only for a specific set of exchange reactions.
