Running:
OctoPrint version: 1.11.5
OctoPi version: 1.1.0
Raspberry Pi 3b+
Adafruit PiTFT 3.5" Touch Screen
Ender 3 Pro
For years I've been able to get OctoDash up and running and displaying on an Adafruit 3.5" TFT LCD touchscreen, but after updating to the most recent OctoPi/OctoPrint images, I can only get OctoDash to display on a monitor via HDMI now and no longer on the touchscreen.
I follow this guide for the most part to install OctoDash and the touchscreen drivers, etc:
https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-pitft-3-dot-5-touch-screen-for-raspberry-pi/easy-install-2
Not sure what has changed other than me having to now run the install script using a virtual environment (due to Bookworm- never had to before now), but it still seemed to work. But when I reboot after, the touchscreen only flashes white for a second and then goes to black (it's powered and backlit but just all black), and I can only see OctoDash on a monitor by plugging into it with HDMI.
Can someone help me to identify what has changed with these newer versions of the OS for me to get this working? I've done so much Googling and tried so many things and so far nothing has worked. I can provide any other info that is helpful.
Thank you.
